When I am going on a vacation, I usually stay at any of the Marriotts. There are plenty of Marriotts you can stay at all around the Globe . For the most part, the Marriott has great packages. Also you can become a member of Marriott Rewards. You can sign up for a card and receive points everytime you stay at any of the Marriott Hotels and that can also go towards your next trip or you can buy get prizes with the card.
According to fivestaralliance.com, they have the best luxury hotels of 2007. Even though that was two years ago, I am quite positive the luxurious part of these hotels have not changed much. On this website they have the Worlds Best Spa , Romantic, Ski, Beach and Honeymoon Resorts. They have resorts from all over the world. The different hotels are pricey but if you want to stay in a luxurous 5 star hotel, I recommend going to this website :http://www.fivestaralliance.com/ and checking out the different hotels/resorts!

I checked out Five Star Alliance web site and noticed that Loews is listed under the "Luxury Hotel Group." By using PRICELINE, we stayed at Loew's Denver for a week in September for $80 a night!" The same room on the Five Star Alliance site is listed for $129 a night. Although not as cheap a Priceline, that is still a very good price. We use Priceline a lot and always get fabulous rooms in great locations for very little money.
